Another Day, Another Amazing Team: GoodVets Crystal City Branding Session

I had the best time hanging out with the GoodVets team again, this time at their Crystal City location. If you’ve been around here a while, you know I’ve done several sessions with different GoodVets locations, and every single time I leave thinking, “Yep, I’d trust my pet with these people.” (even though I don’t have a pup, but that’s beside the point….;-)

The Crystal City crew brought the same friendly, professional, no-stress energy I’ve come to expect from GoodVets. From the first hello to the last snap of the camera, everyone was warm, collaborative, and genuinely fun to work with.

We shot everything from individual headshots to team interactions to lifestyle moments in the exam rooms and beyond. One of the things I love most about branding sessions like this is seeing how a team's personality shines through. You could tell this group really enjoys working together and supporting their clients (and their furry patients). That kind of energy is hard to fake!

Plus, this location has such great light and clean, modern design. We were able to highlight the vibe of the space and how it reflects the care and professionalism of the GoodVets brand.

Branding Photos at GoodVets Silver Spring, MD

GoodVets recently opened a new location in Silver Spring and I was lucky enough to photograph their team for a branding session. It was everything I love about working with small businesses — thoughtful design, a team that clearly enjoys their work, and the most adorable pet models!

The space is clean, modern, and full of personality. I love all the decor and simple design that makes it feel more homey and less clinical.

The staff made it easy to capture honest, natural moments. We moved through team interactions, client care setups, and a few quiet in-between moments that really show the people behind the practice. Everyone was kind, fun, and incredibly easy to work with.

The large Doberman was definitely a highlight. Huge, gentle, and clearly very loved. You’ll see him pop up a few times below — front and center, just the way he likes it.

We kept the focus on:

• Team portraits in natural light

• Interior shots that show off the space

• Details that reflect the GoodVets brand

• A few lighthearted moments with the pets and clinicians to show off the personality of the team

It’s always a win when a branding session feels less like a production and more like documenting what’s already working. GoodVets Silver Spring has built a beautiful clinic with a great team, and it was a pleasure to help capture it.
