HI! I am a family portrait photographer with
over 10 years experience based in Silver Spring, MD.
I love to capture the moments you simply can’t-
those genuine connections that only a picture can preserve forever.
I’m Ginny
Maryland, DC, Virginia Family and Portrait Photographer
I love to capture that instant when everyone is most natural, most at ease, and the beauty of the person or place shines through the lens.
I love all kinds of subjects, but specialize in love between families - big, small, simple or messy- it all holds it’s own unique beauty!
I shoot mostly in natural, available light, wherever everyone is most comfortable— your home, park, playroom or bathtub. It's more about playing than posing, and catching those moments that are most natural and fun.
It’s the little moments…
They may seem insignificant, but trust me, they're the ones you'll cherish.
Life is way too fast to wait to make memories…
..start capturing those everyday joys with your favorite people now.

Looking for the best cherry blossom spots in DC area without the massive crowds? Skip the Tidal Basin this year and check out these hidden gems for a peaceful and stunning springtime experience.
They’re here!!! And yes, I’m completely obsessed. Peak bloom, soft petals, that dreamy haze of pink—how could I not wake up at 5 AM on my day off just to catch that Tidal Basin magic? But here's the thing: you don’t need to make the trek downtown to soak in the beauty. There are so many amazing, peaceful spots closer to home. Still, something about all those blooms reflected in the water with the monuments in the background just gets me. Even without a sunrise, it felt so… DC. Here’s a peek at what I captured that early morning (and yes, I took a LOT).
