Allow me to introduce the lovely subject of my latest session, Gerry Rogers, the creative mind behind Petal's Edge Floral Design. We had so much fun chatting, laughing and getting some great photos!
With over two decades of experience as an event designer, Gerry's brand is a testament to her polished and sophisticated approach. Stepping into my studio, she exuded a sense of calm confidence that perfectly mirrored her floral creations. She brought with her the most gorgeous bouquet that we shamelessly incorporated into the session!
Gerry's founded Petal's Edge Floral Design in 2004, and it quickly earned recognition as a Washingtonian Weddings Best Wedding Vendor. Her success comes as no surprise, given her background and passion for flowers. Growing up as the daughter of a diplomat and hobby horticulturist, flowers became an integral part of her life from an early age.
Collaborating with Gerry was a pleasure; her expertise and dedication to her craft were evident as we worked together in the studio.
Gerry’s makeup was done by the wonderful Valerie Hammer of Valerie Hammer Makeup Artistry, adding an extra touch of elegance to the day.
