Yesterday we enjoyed a chilly morning but gorgeous day to support a dear friend at the 2024 DC ScopeItOut - Colorectal Cancer Alliance walk on the National Mall! I maaaaay have broken away from the walk briefly to see the Tidal Basin in all it’s cherry blossom glory (the timing was too perfect at peak bloom!) but it also reinforced why I don’t join in the crazy down at the Tidal Basin…
