Sweet Oscar is already TWO years old! So fun to watch this little guy grow up! Last we saw him he was one and just keeps getting cuter! We had a great time at Rock Creek Park where this guy was all smiles for an evening of exploring and rock throwing! So much so he didn't want to leave all the fun! But this guy did so great with so many sweet smiles!
