We had a gorgeous fall morning for mini sessions at the Cherryhill Farmhouse in Falls Church, VA! One of my favorite spots and this year it did not disappointment with gorgeous light, farmhouse vibes and little purple flowers. Thanks to all the wonderful families that came out and all the smiles. Always wonderful to see the Archer Family and this time we enjoyed time at the lovely Lake Needwood and got to skip rocks and run over the cool bridge! Always such great smiles and fun!
Can I say how refreshing it is to work with teenagers and adult children?? Don’t get me wrong, I love my toddlers, but there is something about agreeable participants that makes everything go smoothly! Now I’m sure there are plenty of behind the scenes eye rolling going on, but hey, they got dressed and participated- it’s a win! This session also doubled as some senior portrait for their youngest! I always enjoy photographing the Forest family and they give me hope that teenage boys aren’t toooooo scary….;-)
