Waylynn Turns 3! A Sweet and Spirited Personality Portrait Session

Turning three is kind of a big deal. You’re not a baby anymore, but you’re still little. You’re growing into big feelings, big opinions, and big personality.

For her Personality Portrait session, Waylynn brought her quiet charm, sweet smile, and one very important companion: a bright yellow plastic duckie who made several VIP appearances.

We eased into things with a little music (yes, Baby Shark was requested and very much approved 😄), and soon Waylynn was jumping and bringing the poses.

She gave us peeks of that beautiful three-year-old spirit—curious, thoughtful, a little playful, and all her own. Personality sessions are about meeting kids right where they are, and letting them lead the way.

Happy 3rd birthday, Waylynn! Thank you for letting me capture your adorable-ness (and duckie’s too 💛).

Valentine Mini Sessions | Studio Session

I was beyond pleased with these Valentine themed mini sessions that took place in my NEW studio!! It was a great turnout with lots of smiling facing and pink and red! Thanks to everyone who came out and to Valerie for providing make-up to some of our participants!!

Sweet Rhyder! | Lifestyle Family Session

I have loved capturing the sweet Bysura boys for nearly nine (!!!!) years and I had a great time with the youngest, Rhyder for his solo session with mamma! We checked out the Tyson’s Corner mall outdoor plaza and some of the indoor spots which was perfect for this slightly chilly morning! Such a sweetheart!
