It felt like spring this past weekend so I celebrated by...taking photos! I checked out the Capitol grounds and the Botanical Gardens where spring is eternal!

Another 70 degree Saturday....gotta love these! Especially after such a cold and harsh winter! I got out on the National Mall with a friend to walk around and enjoy the sunshine...and of course...froyo. My addiction is hopeless....

Okay, 13… how did we get here so fast?! (I know, I know- every parent says that but it's true!)

We are officially in the teenage years (and obviously that calls for a 13 photo shoot… complete with a little brother who refuses to stay

Spring is one of the easiest times of year to update your family photos.

The weather is finally comfortable.
The trees start blooming.
And kids are usually a lot happier running around outside after a long winter indoors.
