Italy Part 1: Rome

Part one of the Italy series is up!  Our first stop was Rome- loved the history and the uniqueness of this city.  We did a tour of the Colosseum, saw the Pantheon, and ate lots and lots of good food!

Doors of Italy

One of my many obsessions while in Italy was all the amazingly beautiful and unique doors.  The architecture is a wonder unto itself, and it's hard to fathom how old these streets and buildings are.  I thank my very patient travel companions who didn't complain when I stopped every few feet to capture yet another door!  Here is a glimpse of my collection of door photography!
