Fall Mini Sessions Full of Smiles and Color
Mini session Saturday did not disappoint. The leaves were beautiful, the weather was kind, and every family brought their best smiles and energy.
Last Saturday’s fall mini sessions were such a joy. We had a perfect fall day with cool air, soft light, and leaves showing off all their color. I couldn’t have asked for better weather or better families.
Each session had its own little story. Some families I’ve known for years and others were new faces, but everyone showed up ready to laugh and have fun. The kids were full of energy, running around, climbing, giggling; and those in-between moments ended up being some of my favorites.
We kept things short and sweet, but somehow captured so much personality in that time. The mix of real smiles, silly moments, and quiet snuggles is what I love most about these mini sessions.
I left the day tired in the best way and with a camera full of genuine, happy faces. Can’t wait to share more from these beautiful sessions soon.

There’s just something extra special about those first few days at home with a new baby—and baby E’s lifestyle newborn session was full of all those soft, snuggly, heart-melting moments I love to capture.
Baby E did so great throughout the entire session—barely a fuss and so many sweet expressions (and those tiny feet? Gah…). We took our time, letting the morning unfold naturally, with lots of cuddles and cozy moments in their beautiful home.
I love the quiet joy, the peaceful pauses, and all the little details that remind us just how fleeting and precious these early days really are. Baby E gave us some of the cutest little faces, and I’m so excited for his family to have these memories to look back on forever.

A Morning with Emma & Ada | A Playful and Heartfelt Mother-Daughter Session
A cozy morning filled with giggles, dance parties, and the kind of love that only exists between a mother and daughter. This session with Emma and Ada was a beautiful blend of silly and soulful—the perfect way to preserve their bond at this moment in time.
There are some annual sessions I really look forward to every year….Emma and Ada are one of those sessions!
They always create a unique and fun list of things to do together that we can photograph in a more relaxed and documentary style session. Their bond is equal parts laughter, creativity, and so much heart. No stiff poses, no forced smiles—just the two of them being their perfectly wonderful selves.
We had bubbles, Jenga, had a dance party (of course!), and lots of giggles and tickles. Ada’s giggles, Emma’s warm glances, the way they make each other laugh without even trying—those are the things I love most to capture.
As a family photographer, I talk a lot about the power of preserving a moment in time. This session was exactly that. A way to remember this season of life—tender, chaotic, full of inside jokes and fierce love.
