Mother/Daughter Vacay in Ocean City, NJ
Such a wonderful and special time with my mom for a few days in Ocean City, NJ where she grew up going as a kid and I have memories of going when I was very little. Such a cute place and nice and quiet in the off season! We had a rainy first night on the boardwalk, but then enjoyed some bike riding and enjoying the quaint setting and great conversation!

My sister and brother-in-law set off on their bicycle trip across the country! They left from Yorktown, VA, so I was down with my parents to send them off. Some of their very supportive friends rode off with them for the first day. We had a ceremonious dip of the tires on the east coast, and then will end up in Oregon sometime in early August! We had a nice dinner the evening before and Linda's good friend from college who lives nearby came up with her family to say goodbye!
