National Building Museum

August 12, 2016 Ginny

I finally made it to the Iceberg exhibit at the National Building Museum!  It was a very interesting exhibit showing the formation of icebergs and the way they look below and above the surface!  There was also a really cool dollhouse exhibit.  Loved it!

So grateful for these kind words from Vicki! 💛 I totally understand that photo sessions with little ones can feel a bit overwhelming (trust me, I’ve been there). But we take our time, keep things low-pressure, and somehow it always comes toget
Studio smiles + bow ties = instant joy
I had the sweetest session with this amazing family in my Silver Spring studio, and I can’t get over how adorable these little ones looked. Thanks for trusting me to capture this moment in time!

PSA: Wiggly kids = the BEST photos.

If you’ve ever worried your little one is “too wild” for a photo session… I’ve got good news: the wiggles, the chaos, the constant motion.....that’s where it's at!

Birthday #5 came with a big change to his smile!! whoa!

Momma's not quite ready, but the tooth fairy will find their way none-the-less! 😮🦷
If it makes you feel any better, the elusive “everyone smiling at the camera” is hard for us all! But just embrace the season!! 😆🤪 grateful for my mom & being a mom! Happy Mother’s Day to all!
I post this every year because I know Mothers Day can be a great day but also a really hard day for many. Sending ❤️ to all the women out there, no matter your journey. 🥰💐
☀️ SUMMER FAMILY PHOTO SESSIONS are coming soon!!

Which one would you pick?

Not all photo sessions have to be pose-and-smile. Some are loud and silly, some are quiet and cozy, and all of them are real.

I’ve rounded up some fun summer ideas f
