My sister and brother-in-law set off on their bicycle trip across the country! They left from Yorktown, VA, so I was down with my parents to send them off. Some of their very supportive friends rode off with them for the first day. We had a ceremonious dip of the tires on the east coast, and then will end up in Oregon sometime in early August! We had a nice dinner the evening before and Linda's good friend from college who lives nearby came up with her family to say goodbye!
