An Update for 2024 | Those Precious Moments....

January 8, 2024 Ginny Thomas

As we gear up for a brand new year, I want to express my deep gratitude to all of you, some I've worked with for over a decade! Your trust and support mean the world to me, and I feel truly honored to be part of your family's precious moments.

Life is a beautiful whirlwind, and as my own family grows, I find myself yearning to savor more of those precious moments with my loved ones. So, I'm excited to share a little update on my pricing and availability starting in 2024.

Weekends - prime time for family outings and activities - are precious moments we all want to cherish. To balance work and family life, weekend slots will be limited this year. I believe this shift will also enhance the quality and creativity I bring to each session.

Pricing will scale for the season, so the most poplar season (September-December) will see a price increase due to the demand and limited availability.

For those with flexibility, I recommend considering off-peak season dates in spring and summer.

Mini Sessions (15 minute sessions at 1 pre-determined location) will still be available on select Saturdays during spring and fall and are a great option if weekends are your only available days.

Here are some other creative scheduling ideas:
(understanding these are not possible for everyone!)

  • Plan a "family day off" away from work and school for a session, followed by a pumpkin patch or another activity that is normally packed on the weekends.

  • Check your school calendar for days off and plan your session accordingly.

  • Opt for a morning session with a late start or leave a little early for an early afternoon time.

  • Catch a summer weekday session before school and activities kick in.

I'll have available dates ~2-3 months in advance for each season. If you have questions or need more info, please reach out.

Your understanding and support mean everything to me, and I can't wait to capture more beautiful moments with your family in the coming year!

✨ Studio maternity sessions might just be the most underrated kind of photoshoot.

Here’s why I love them so much:

So often, mothers are the memory-keepers—snapping the milestones, capturing the everyday—but rarely stepping into the frame themselves. That’s why I love offering mommy & me sess
When I arrived to photograph baby Rosie’s newborn session, her parents had one big concern: Would Charlie want to be in the photos?

As a 3-year-old, it could have gone either way—shy, wiggly, or just “over it.” But instead, C
